Where do you ship your products from?
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our office in Amsterdam.
Which courier does Thief ship with?
All orders placed are shipped with UPS delivery service.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours. For some products, there will be a longer processing time. In general our orders take 2-3 days to ship within Europe.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail including a tracking number and a link to view the current status of your shipment on UPS.com with an estimated time of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, alongside iDeal and Bancontact in Europe. PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay are also accepted.
Klarna
For some countries we accept Klarna 'Pay Later', giving you the option to pay up to 30 days after the purchase.

What is your return policy?
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any returned items must be provided in the original packaging, new & unworn, hangtag in place, along with the order invoice & return details. Items can either be exchanged for an alternative size or product, or the order will be refunded.

How does Thief fit?
Our clothing fits true-to-size. We recommend going with the same size you normally chose. For specific measurements, each product page includes a size chart below the description.
How do I look after my goods?
We recommend to wash all of our garments inside-out at a temperature of 30-40 degrees. Do not tumble dry after wash. Instead, hang them to dry at room temperature. To prevent heavier pieces losing their shape, we recommend storing them folded rather than hanging. Treat your clothing like this and they will retain their quality for years to come.

What are Thief Points?
With each purchase of our goods, you will be rewarded with Thief Points. These points will become available within your account, and can be redeemed later for gift vouchers or a discount, alongside access to our secret community offers.
